Alliance of Health Organizations (AHO) is thankful to the leadership of
MoPH and WHO for their continuous support with Sehatmandi implementing NGOs=
.

I am writing you on behalf of the BPHS, EPHS and COVID-19 Implementing
Partners.  Reference to the Global Fund letter related to the support of
Sehatmandi for a month, the Sehatmandi implementing NGOs need some more
clarification on below points:

1-            The start date for this one-month support fund from the
Global Fund to Sehatmandi program, and when the contracts are expected to
be signed with implementing NGOs.

2-            The contracting mechanism for this one-month fund support -
whether through UN agencies or direct award to NGOs?

3-            The advance payment - how the payment will be channelized to
NGOs?

4-            We assume that all BPHS and EPHS health facilities, COVID-19
hospitals as well as the operation support costs are part of this one moth
funding, and how much is the funding basket?

5-      What about the pending installments of Sehatmandi and COVID-19
ERHSP projects and extension period?

We do request you for urgent clarification for the above points.
