Alliance of Health Organizations (AHO) is thankful to the leadership
of MoPH for given time to NGOs for sharing their concern in regard to world
bank decision of pausing the funding and its consequence on the health
systems in particularly Sehatmandi project.

We are writing you on behalf of the BPHS, EPHS and COVID-19 Implementing
Partners under SEHATMANDI. Reference to the meeting held on 1st, Sep,2021
between Sehatmandi NGOs and MoPH authorities and the letter sent your H.E
Minister of MoPH on 31st, August,2021, would like to hear from you if there
is any progress in securing fund for the continuation of health services
provision under Sehatmandi project and what will be the fate of these
projects as in couple of days the supplies and other available resources in
hospitals and clinics will be finishing. there will be no means available
to keep the system running after 10th, Sep,2021.

This huge funding gap has put all the IPs in a very desperate situation
what will happen next. the eminent threat prevails that this will be a
catastrophic situation if there will be nothing available for keeping the
doors of hospital and clinic open because to the extreme possible level
NGOs did all possible efforts to keep the health facilities running

In case of no funding and means for keeping the services intact is
available up till 10th, Sep,2021 as stated in our previous letter and
communicated with the leadership of MoPH, further keeping the services
running will not be possible.

All NGO need your guidance and are looking forward to clarity from your
side in this regard.
