I really Hope all of our colleagues=C2=A0in different regions are fine and =
well adapting with the differences occurred=C2=A0during the short period of=
 time, here in kunduz province we are implementing the HIV Project With MMR=
C-A at first we had so many challenges with
 implementation of project cause the new PPHD was not able to have full und=
erstanding of HIV Project to Target=C2=A0groups but after clarification and=
 our regular meeting with PPHD ( Qari Anwar&quot;Bashir&quot;) the project =
start the same as before our all colleagues came
 back to their=C2=A0jobs and regularly providing services to the need peopl=
e and right now we have no challenge in our work only the PWID are hard get=
 harm from Taliban&#39;s and we are trying to have meeting with responsible=
 person to solve the issue.</div>
