rs:&nbsp;</strong>Approximately 70 OAG members returned to DAC. The rest of=
 the OAG members established a front line 1 km west of DAC. Negotiations be=
tween OAG members through local elders and the PGM commander are ongoing, a=
nd they have not reached an agreement yet.<br /><br /></div>
<div>The previous advisory to avoid the area still stands.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 08 August, 2000 hrs:</str=
ong>&nbsp;Approximately 70 ANSF members in the Sarbagh DAC surrendered to O=
AG members, allowing OAG members to take control of the DAC, at approximate=
ly 1830 hrs. Approximately 100 PGM members refused to surrender and withdre=
w to the&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/eNe4R3bNcT2Dkyv98">Ghazi Mard<=
/a>&nbsp;area, around 1 km east of the DAC, where they took positions.&nbsp=
;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">At approximately 1900 hrs, OAG members =
proceeded to attack the PGM members in the Ghazi Mard area using SAF and RP=
Gs. PGM members returned fire, and an armed clash is currently ongoing.</di=
v>
<br />The previous advisory to avoid the area still stands.<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 08 August, 1500 hrs:</str=
ong>&nbsp;At approximately 1500 hrs, around 50 OAG members left Aybak City =
for Khuram Wa Sarbagh District, which is one of two districts in Samangan r=
emaining under ANSF control. The OAG members reportedly informed ANSF membe=
rs in Khuram Wa Sarbagh DAC of their planned arrival and called on them to =
surrender to the IEA or leave the DAC, threatening to otherwise take contro=
l of the DAC by force. &nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Given the possibility of armed clashes,=
 NGOs are advised to avoid the DAC for the time being.</div>								</div>
