Dear Ms. Shaima,

Thanks for your email , but I would like to state that start of our contract
was 1 May-2021 and as we had no prior office in the Samangan office
therefore we have made all needed preparation exactly on 1-may-2021.

1.       Key staff along with security guard was hired on first of the
May-2021

2.       Both building for office and  store was rented in 1-May

3.       Food distributer was recruited on 14-Jun-2021

In the report we have not charged cost of second transportation and handling
cost, as we had no  Food distribution activities in both month however cost
of other line of budget was charged because we had normal operation in the
field,

The staff salary section of the report will be revised as there was some
confusion  in staff recruitment date before . the revised report will be
submitted back for your review.

Dear Basir SB ,

According to the approved budget of the FLA, the rate/AFN 22255,

1- 17 MT food dispensed in July; you are entitled to 377,825 AFM (17 MT
*22255= 377825 AFN ).

2-The invoice submitted for 835,846 AFN, which is very high, and 60% cost
charged in May and June, which was no activity, and the activity has started
in July.

Please recheck the invoice and revised it.
