proceeded to attack the PGM members in the Ghazi Mard area using SAF and RP=
Gs. PGM members returned fire, and an armed clash is currently ongoing.</di=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 1500 hrs:</strong> At app=
roximately 1500 hrs, around 50 OAG members left Aybak City for Khuram Wa Sa=
rbagh District, which is one of two districts in Samangan remaining under A=
NSF control. The OAG members reportedly informed ANSF members in Khuram Wa =
Sarbagh DAC of their planned arrival and called on them to surrender to the=
 IEA or leave the DAC, threatening to otherwise take control of the DAC by =
force. &nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

 NGOs are advised to avoid the DAC for the time being.</div>								</div>
