rs:</strong> Ground operations remained static throughout 29 July. Two airs=
trikes were reported on 28 July, one in the Toghak area and one in the Sher=
wani area, most likely in support of the ongoing operation.&nbsp;<br /><br =
/></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">As of 30 July, 21 OAG members had repor=
tedly been killed in a combination of AAF airstrikes and ANSF ground operat=
ions. Despite this, no ANSF progress in terms of reclaiming the DAC and ANP=
 HQ was observed as of the time of writing.<br /><br />On 31 July, at appro=
ximately 2300 hrs, OAG members attacked ANSF and PGM members with SAF in th=
e <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/dQREmEgooWDLuGAk9">Dara Kalani</a> area, c=
lose to the Sherwani area. As a result of the incident, one PGM member was =
killed, two wounded, and two was abducted. Meanwhile, three OAG were killed=
 as PGM and ANSF returned fire.&nbsp;<br /><br />Sporadic fire continues to=
 be reported in the two title areas, however, generally at a low frequency.=
&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />The operation is expected to continue in the coming=
 days, as ANSF and PGM members are waiting for an opportunity to push towar=
ds the DAC. As such, the situation remains volatile, and the risk of furthe=
r armed clashes and further airstrikes in support of the ground operation r=
emains high. Reportedly, ANSF and PGM members are waiting for an opportunit=
y that, among other things, will allow for AAF air support to push towards =
the DAC.<br /><br />There is a high risk of conflict activity spreading int=
o surrounding areas with little or no prior warning.&nbsp;<br /><br />The p=
revious advisory remains in place.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 28 July, 2115 hrs:</stron=
g> Sporadic armed clashes continued throughout 27 July, with both sides rem=
aining static and no further progress reported. Both parties remained in po=
sitions throughout 28 July, with only some incidents of SAF from both sides=
 likely to display presence.<br /><br />Most likely, ANSF and members of th=
e local uprising forces will not currently attempt to progress further towa=
rds the DAC without receiving support from AAF or reinforcements on the gro=
und. However, it is currently unknown when or if such support will be alloc=
ated.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory remains in place.=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 26 July, 2130 hrs:</stron=
g> The operation remains static, with ANSF and local uprising forces mainta=
ining positions in the two title areas and OAG members remaining in the DAC=
 area. Sporadic armed clashes are still reported as they have been througho=
ut the day. OAG members reportedly emplaced IEDs tactically on access ways =
to the DAC, contributing to limiting ANSF progress.&nbsp;<br /><br />Two AN=
SF members and one member of the uprising forces have been reported wounded=
 as a result of the armed clashes. Furthermore, three OAG members have been=
 reported killed and another eight wounded.&nbsp;<br /><br />The operation,=
 and resulting armed clashes, are expected to continue; however, remain rel=
atively static throughout the night. The risk of armed clashes remains high=
. Furthermore, the operation will likely continue tomorrow, possibly at an =
increased tempo.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />The previous advisory still stand=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 26 July, 1345 hrs:</stron=
g> At the above time and locations, ANSF members and local uprising forces =
initiated an operation, most likely to reclaim the DAC and ANP HQ. Sporadic=
 armed clashes have been reported as a result of the operation. <br /><br /=
>The operational tempo is currently reported as relatively low, and AAF sup=
port has not yet been observed. However, the situation could escalate with =
little or no prior warning. Furthermore, conflict activity is very likely t=
o spread to surrounding areas as the operation progress.&nbsp;<br /><br /><=
