the mission of Sarobi DH was Well completed  and the following problems =
were exist:

1-  job description didn=E2=80=99t available of staff=20

2-  Ambulance referrals are high, especially at night=20

3-  All Staff technical capacity is very low

4-  Electricity and water consumption out of control=20

5-  Phototherapy rads on children's wards

6-  Patient beds no the all wards

7-  No technical personnel of DH in  the patient in the ambulance

8-  Suspected tuberculosis patient is very low in all OPD

9-  Register is not clear

10-                    There is no control over sending a prescription =
out of the hospital

11-                    There are no special uniforms throughout the =
hospital

12-                    The use of antibiotics is very high

13-                    The sterilization process was not credible=20

14-                    Buckets needed for all parts of wards=20
