Dear sir;
As you are in the picture a team of data entry introduces to Jack for the
purpose of data entry of covid-19 ERHSP Kabul project.
However, Jack has been provided place, electricity,
internet, refreshment, and lunch to the team member, still, they could not
achieve the target set for them from surveillance directorate MoPH, during
their supervision and monitoring they suggested for provision of more
computers and strengthening of Internet signal in order to achieve the
target.
the issue of provision computer is coordinated with surveillance
directorate MoPH data officer, he said that the MoPH could not provide
computer, the data entry of Kabul province is the responsibility of Jack.
The issue is kindly submitted for your kind information to find the proper
solution.
