Greetings. The GiHA WG and GBV-SC are jointly presenting at the upcoming HC=
T meeting on Women and Girls Access to Services on Thursday 22nd July. Sinc=
e most of you are working at field level and have firsthand experience on t=
he ground, we are reaching out with a kind request to provide inputs to the=
 presentation by answering below questions by COB Today 19th July. To make =
it easy and focused, we have drafted below questions, however, please feel =
free to include any other highlights that can help strengthen the content. =
Sincere apologies for the short notice, the decision was made late yesterda=
y and we do not want to miss your invaluable inputs to this important prese=
ntation.

1.  Context: What changes are you seeing in areas now controlled by Talib=
an on women and girls (mahram, school closures, access to education, access=
 to health centres etc.). Be specific as possible, outlining data where pos=
sible.
  2.  Service delivery: How have services for women and girls been impacted=
? Specify types of services impacted, number of districts impacted, current=
 gaps in service delivery.
  3.  Mitigation measures: To date, how have you mitigated the impact of th=
e current security context on service delivery? Outline all the methods you=
 are using to continue services.
  4.  Recommendations: What should humanitarian actors do? Provide concrete=
, actionable recommendations on how humanitarian actors can address current=
 challenges and gaps.
