Sehatmandi Project:=20

1.	The Sehatmandi project=E2=80=99s 1st Quarter 1400 Financial Report is =
not yet finalized you are required to submit the revised report, =
however, the 8th installment invoices are submitted to GCMU, But the =
last 8th installment Lump-sum invoice due date for receiving the payment =
is 10 September 2021. And same for P4P which is linked with the TPM =
report which is under process in GCMU.=20
2.	The Contingency fund Invoices have been submitted with the missing =
documents, which need your strict follow up however the issue is still =
not resolved which indicates not pending but rejected invoice which =
needs your attention to submit the relevant supporting documents, of =
which it could not proceed with the payment in each stage of MopH, MOF, =
and World Bank Office. so it is requested to review all the contingency =
fund invoices you have submitted and ensure that they are of appropriate =
supporting documents i.e. signed and stamped GRN by the PPHD in one or =
two pages.=20

3.	The first Lump sum and P4P installments of amended Sehatmandi =
projects are in the process of getting the budget appropriation approval =
stage in MOF.=20

COVID-19 Project:=20

1.	The last installment of the first six months and the second 6 months =
are linked to the TPM report, which is not yet finalized.=20
2.	The first and second installment of the 3rd six months contract is =
also in the budget allocation stage in MOF.=20

The MoPH recieved the Kunduz BPHS contingency invoice along with the =
supporting documents on July 10, 2021. So, the related invoice of Kunduz =
BPHS under amendment-2 is submitted for payment process to DBD, but =
still some supporting documents are missing.

As per the contractual condition, utilization of contingency fund =
requires the MoPH prior approval and the payment links to required =
supporting documents to be proceeded.

Therefore, please coordinate with our DBD related focal point for =
identification of the missing documents which need to be provided by =
JACK organiztion for the payment process.
