:</strong> Heavy fighting continues in the Toorkhil and Qara Kent areas. PG=
M members remain in four outposts in Toorkhil and three in Qara Kent, and O=
AG members are attacking all seven outposts. AAF conducted airstrikes again=
st OAG positions in Qara Kent on the evening of 12 July, but did not succee=
d in driving OAG members away from the area.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

hil and Qara Kent on 12 and 13 July had killed five PGM members and nine OA=
G members, while seven PGM members and nine OAG members had been wounded.&n=

g> At 1710 hrs OAG members opened fire on ANSF personnel in Toorkhil and Qa=
ra Kent. ANSF members returned fire and the exchange of fire is ongoing.&nb=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 12 July, 0930 hrs:</stron=
g> No exchanges of fire took place overnight. However, both OAG members and=
 ANSF personnel remain in place and further fighting is expected within the=
 next 12-24 hours.&nbsp;</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place due to the high likelihood of =
further clashes.&nbsp;<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 11 July, 1715 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash ended at 1630 hrs. The clash killed five PGM members and=
 seven OAG members, wounding eight PGM members and 11 OAG members.<br /><br=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">AAF conducted a series of airstrikes, k=
illing six OAG members.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Both OAG members and ANSF personnel rem=
ain in their positions and further clashes are likely within the next 12 - =

g> OAG members attacked the ANSF position in Qara Kent at approximately 100=
0 hrs. PGM members based at the outpost returned fire and the armed clash i=
s ongoing.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 11 July, 0945 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clashes in Toorkhil and Qara Kent ended at approximately 0000 =
hrs on 11 July. The clashes killed nine PGM members and 19 OAG members, wou=
nding 22 OAG members and 26 PGM members.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">PGM members recovered two stolen Humvee=
s from OAG members in Qara Kent and seized 10 motorcycles.&nbsp;<br /><br /=
>OAG members remain in the area and an additional 100 OAG members from Sanc=
harak District (Sar-e Pul Province) have arrived in Afghan Tepa Afghaniya t=
o support attacks against the PGM positions in Toorkhil and Qara Kent.&nbsp=

ey have engaged ANSF personnel in an additional firefight.&nbsp;<br /><br /=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">AAF has conducted airstrikes in Qara Ke=
nt and Afghan Tepa Afganiya, killing 27 OAG members and wounding a further =
16 OAG members across both locations.&nbsp;<br /><br />The previous advisor=
y remains in place and is extended to the Qara Kent area.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 10 July, 1110 hrs:</stron=
g> The situation in Toorkhil remains unstable. After a break in fighting ov=
ernight from 2100 hrs on 09 July, an armed clash between OAG members and AN=
SF personnel began again at 1000 hrs on 10 July and the exchange of fire is=
 ongoing.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Fighting on 09 July killed six PGM and =
two ANP members, wounding 13 PGM members and two ANP members. The clash kil=
led 43 OAG members and wounded 15 more, with most OAG casualties caused by =
AAF airstrikes on the evening of 09 July. ANSF personnel arrested 11 OAG me=
mbers and recovered one stolen Humvee vehicle.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">OAG members abducted four PGM members. =
Their whereabouts remained unknown at the time of writing.&nbsp;<br /><br /=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 09 July, 1630 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash at Toorkhil remains ongoing. An additional 100 OAG membe=
rs have arrived in the area from Chahar Bolak District (Balkh Province) to =
join the attack.&nbsp;</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place.&nbsp;<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 09 July, 1030 hrs:</stron=
g> OAG members again attacked ANSF personnel in Toorkhil at 1000 hrs on 09 =
July, and a firefight is ongoing between the two sides.&nbsp;<br /><br /></=
div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">AAF conducted airstrikes on 08 July aga=
inst OAG positions in Toorkhil and Afghan Tepa Afghaniya, killing four OAG =
members and wounding three others. The strikes also killed four civilians a=
nd wounded two.</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place.&nbsp;<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 08 July, 1600 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash in Toorkhil ended at 1445 hrs. Both OAG members and ANSF=
 personnel remain in their positions.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">OAG members requested through local eld=
ers that ANSF personnel withdraw from the area. ANSF members refused the de=
mands, and therefore further fighting is expected in the Toorkhil area.&nbs=
p;<br /><br />The clash killed seven PGM members and 10 OAG members. A furt=
her eight PGM and seven OAG members were wounded.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 08 July, 1330 hrs:</stron=
g> OAG members are now in control of all nine ANSF checkpoints in Afghan Te=
pa Afghaniya and Sea Shanba Afghaniya.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">OAG members overran the four PGM outpos=
ts in Afghan Tepa Afghaniya and PGM members withdrew to Toorkhil. PGM membe=
rs in Sea Shanba Afghaniya also abandoned five outposts and withdrew to Too=
rkhil.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">An armed clash between OAG members and =
PGM members continues in Toorkhil. Approximately 100 PGM members from Shibi=
rghan City have deployed to Toorkhil to support ANSF personnel in the area.=
&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place and is exten=
ded to the Toorkhil area.&nbsp;</div>

g> OAG members attacked a PGM checkpoint in Afghan Tepa Afghaniya, approxim=
ately 4 km to the north of Sea Shanba Afghaniya. A firefight between OAG me=
mbers and ANSF personnel is ongoing in Afghan Tepa Afghaniya.&nbsp;<br /><b=
r /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The Shibirghan-Sar-e Pul Road is closed=
 for civilian traffic at Afghan Tepa Afghaniya. Civilian vehicles in the ar=
ea are using unpaved secondary roads to reach Shibirghan City.&nbsp;</div>
<p>The previous advisory remains in place and is extended to the Afghan Tep=
a Afghaniya area.&nbsp;</p>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 08 July, 0900 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash ended at 2200 hrs on 07 July, after PGM members abandone=
d their outpost and moved to another position in the area. The clash killed=
 two PGM and five OAG members, and wounded three PGM and three OAG members.=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The Shibirghan-Sar-e Pul Road is open t=
o all traffic.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Approximately 110 OAG members from neig=
hbouring districts of Jawzjan have gathered in Sea Shanba Afghaniya. The gr=
oup reportedly plans to continue attacking the five PGM-controlled outposts=
 in Sea Shanba Aghaniya.&nbsp;<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in =
place due to the likelihood of further attacks on ANSF outposts in Sea Shan=
ba Afghaniya.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
