:</strong> The group of OAG members attacked the ANSF position in Qutur and=
 two further ANSF outposts in Deh Sayedan and Baba Qoshqar. All three outpo=
sts form part of the Maymana City security belt.&nbsp;<br /><br />ANSF pers=
onnel returned fire and the armed clash is ongoing.&nbsp;</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place and is extended to the Baba Qo=
shqar and Deh Sayedan areas.&nbsp;<br /><br />Additionally, NGO staff in th=
e area are advised to seek shelter inside saferooms or other hardened struc=
tures, remain indoors, and stay away from windows.<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 11 July, 1845 hrs:</stron=
g> Approximately 100 additional OAG members have arrived in Qutur, reported=
ly in preparation for a further attack on the ANSF outpost within the next =
12 hours.&nbsp;</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place.<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 10 July, 1100 hrs:</stron=
g> No further clashes took place overnight. <br /><br />However, approximat=
ely 40 OAG members remain in the Qutur area and plan to conduct further att=
acks on the ANSF outpost within the next 12-24 hours.&nbsp;</div>
<br />The previous advisory remains in place due to the potential for furth=
er clashes.<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 09 July, 2140 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash ended at approximately 2030 hrs. The clash killed four O=
AG members and wounded one ANP member in addition to two OAG members.<br />=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">OAG members remain in the area and furt=
her attacks are highly likely within the next 24 hours.&nbsp;<br /><br />Th=
e previous advisory remains in place due to the potential for further clash=
es.&nbsp;</div>
<br /><strong>As of 09 July, 1600 hrs:</strong> The armed clash ended at 15=
30 hrs. Four OAG members were killed during the exchange of fire, while two=
 ANP and two OAG members were wounded.&nbsp;<br /><br />OAG members remain =
in the area and plan to attack the outpost again within the next 48 hours.&=
nbsp;<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place due to the potentia=
l for further clashes in the next 48 hours.&nbsp;<br /><br />
