Dear Safar Sahib
I shared the issues with the relevant RRTs and the sample  which has taken
by Char Asyab RRT on the date of 8th July. But the contact tracing was  168
on the same date this is because every patient should be followed for three
times: first date ,second date ,and third date most of them were from the
previous week who completed the final date of their contact tracing  and
the RRT compiled both on the same date and reported .

The remaining issues I gave feedback and it will be strictly followed with
the relevant teams by their supervisors .
