Dear sir;
Thank you very much for sending human resource for the purpose of DHIS2
data entry, Jack will provide the necessary assistance for data entry.
we requested for providing new DHIS2 user account for this purpose still it
is not provided , in order to conduct this process smoothly once agani we
ask to provide the useraccount.
The second issue to be mentione that we are facing delay in receiving the
lab result  that will affect acheving over all project objectives, we are
looking to solve this problem ASAP.
