ilable in Kohistan District are still not operational. Local sources sugges=
t that armed men have destroyed telecommunications infrastructure.<br /><br=

histan District have suspended their service, which is limiting the capacit=
y of NGOs to communicate with their field offices or staff residing in the =
area.<br /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid the area until further notice.<b=
r /><br />NGOs with staff present in the area are recommended to initiate h=
eadcount procedures and advise their staff to remain indoors, away from win=
dows, and consider to seek shelter inside safe rooms or hardened structures=
.<br /><br />NGOs are further recommended to ensure that communication and =
