:</strong> The armed clash in the Kelaghai area concluded at around 1330 hr=
s, with OAG members withdrawing from the area. Two OAG members were killed =
and two more were wounded.<br /><br />Furthermore, at around 1530 hrs, ANSF=
/PGM members took control of the Doshi DAC area. The armed opposition withd=
rew from the area without any confrontation.<br /><br />The Pul-e Khumri-Ch=
arikar Road is now open to traffic.<br /><br />The previous advisory remain=

g> Using SAF and RPGs, OAG members attacked an ANSF checkpoint in the Kelag=
hai area, along the Pul-e Khumri-Doshi Road, at around 1200 hrs today. ANSF=
 responded and an armed clash is ongoing.<br /><br />The Pul-e Khumri-Doshi=
 Road has been closed to civilian traffic.<br /><br />The previous advisory=
 remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 23 June, 1230 hrs:</stron=
g> At around 2230 hrs last night, OAG members attacked ANSF positions in th=
e <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/W6fvspVgDWt5jpm8A">Kelaghai</a> area of Do=
shi District, along the Pul-e Khumri-Doshi Road. Three ANSF members were ki=
lled and five others were wounded. Two OAG members were killed and four mor=
e wounded. One ANSF Humvee-type vehicle was partially damaged.<br /><br />O=
AG members remain positioned in the Doshi DAC area.<br /><br />The Pul-e Kh=
umri-Doshi Road is open to traffic, however, the risk of collateral damage =
if travelling through this route is assessed to be high.<br /><br />The pre=
vious advisory remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 21 June, 0830 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash concluded at around 2230 hrs last night when ANSF withdr=
ew from the DAC area to Khenjan District. OAG members took control of the D=
oshi DAC area.<br /><br />Two ANSF members have been killed and four others=
 wounded. OAG members reportedly took one Humvee-type vehicle and a number =
of pick-up trucks.<br /><br />OAG members remain positioned in the Peyaz Qu=
l area, along the Pul-e Khumri-Doshi Road. They parked a truck in the middl=
e of the road, blocking traffic in the area.<br /><br />The previous adviso=
ry remains in place.<br /><br />In addition, NGO staff residing or operatin=
g in the area are recommended to consider the change in territorial control=
 and the risk of conflict escalation and collateral damage.<br /><br /></di=

<p style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 20 June, 2130 hrs:</strong>=
 At the time and location noted above, OAG members attacked multiple ANSF/G=
OA positions with SAF and RPGs. ANSF members responded and an armed clash i=
s ongoing.<br /><br />OAG members established a checkpoint in the Peyaz Qul=
 area of Doshi District, along the main road connecting this with Pul-e Khu=
mri City at around 1000 hrs today (see AFGHANISTAN/NORTHEAST/A/20062021/#00=
2).<br /><br />The Pul-e Khumri-Doshi Road is closed to civilian traffic.<b=
r /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid the area and adjust movements until fur=
ther notice.<br /><br />NGOs with staff present in the area are recommended=
 to initiate headcount procedures and advise their staff to remain indoors,=
 away from windows, and consider to seek shelter inside safe rooms or harde=
ned structures.<br /><br />Furthermore, NGOs are advised to ensure that com=
munication and reporting channels with their staff remain operational.<br /=
><br />Lastly, NGOs are recommended to closely monitor conflict activity in=
 Baghlan and neighbouring provinces for the time being.</p>
