FOR YOUR REVIEW:

I am writing this email with reference to current COVID-19 situation in
Afghanistan including Kunduz province.

We have budgeted AFN 1000/- unit cost for oxygen balloon under Amendement-3
of COVID-19 ERHSP.

Currently there is a nationwide shortage of oxygen supply notably in
distance provinces. Prices of oxygen balloon has been hiked from AFN 1000 to
AFN 1,600/- per balloon, still current market price of oxygen is unstable
due to high demand and acute shortage in the country.

Keeping in view the current situation of COVID-19, we are expecting
overspending under budget line of "Oxygen Supply ".

However we will try our level best to manage spending of oxygen supply under
the available budget. In case if consumption of oxygen supply exceeds than
the available limit we will inform you accordingly.
