ights today and tomorrow from Pul-e Khumri and are enquiring if any NGOs re=
quire assistance.<br /><br />Please note there are no relocations planned f=
or Mazar or Kunduz at this time as UN humanitarian agencies are extremely a=
damant and committed to Staying and Delivering.<br /><br />There are no UN =
humanitarian agencies in Pul-e Khumri so<br />This is solely a UNAMA decisi=
on.<br /><br />However under Saving Lives Together they are offering the po=
ssible opportunity for NGOs to avail of UN flights from PIK to Kabul should=
 capacity allow.<br /><br />The normal procedure in this instance would be =
for the local INSO representative on the ground to assess any demand and in=
form OCHA through the INSO Kabul office of the requirement and the numbers.=
