rs responded and an armed clash is ongoing.<br /><br />OAG members establis=
hed a checkpoint in the Peyaz Qul area of Doshi District, along the main ro=
ad connecting this with Pul-e Khumri City at around 1000 hrs today (see AFG=
HANISTAN/NORTHEAST/A/20062021/#002).<br /><br />The Pul-e Khumri-Doshi Road=
 is closed to civilian traffic.</p>
