Greetings from AHO,

*The BPHS & EPHS implementing NGOs request AHO to arrange a meeting for the
discussion of issues related to the Covid-19 to have a unique action for
discussion with GCMU, TPM and HIS/M&E. *

*So, kindly request you to provide your feedback related to the arrangement
of meeting either online or face to face meeting, date and time. In case
you  agree with a face to face meeting where we can plan but be in the open
area space*

Please check the following points of discussion in the meeting with HIS/M&E
with NGOs in the presence of GCMU and TPM.

-The Ministry of Public Health - HIS/M&E directorate conducted a meeting
yesterday 16th, June,2021 in the presence of GCMU, TPM and representatives
of AKN, SDO, AADA, BDN and Health Net TPO were present in the meeting. The
main point of discussion was the application of P4P to the Covid-19 project
and budget deduction or adjustment based on TPM assessment findings.

Three indicators which were proposed by TPM and HIS/M&E directorate to
apply as P4P indicators on TPM Round 1 report were:

1-availability of staff

2-training of Covid-19 staff

3-Percentage of verified cases which was reported in DHIS2.

The NGOs representative claimed that the Covid-19 project is not a P4P
project and in our contracts only 2 indicators (percentage of HFs comply
with IPC protocols and proportion of population able to identify three key
symptoms of Covid-19 and/ Seasonal influenza and three personal prevention
measures) should be verified by TPM.

The GCMU and HIS/M&E directorate proposed to apply the following indicators
as P4P indicators on Covid-19 project in the next round of TPM assessment.

a-number of contact traced

b-percentage of staff availability

c-number of sample collected

d-verification percentage of reported data
