<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 14 June, 2000 hrs:</stron=
g> Reinforcement of approximately 100 ANA Commandos arrived at the DAC area=
 from Kunduz City this afternoon. The ANA Commandos conducted an operation =
that successfully reclaimed the DAC area this evening. Only minor armed cla=
shes were reported and no casualties were reportedly sustained from either =
side. OAG members withdrew from the DAC area and surrounding areas.&nbsp;<b=
r /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory remains in place.=
&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 14 June, 1445 hrs: </stro=
ng>ANSF and PGM members withdrew from the DAC area to Topkhana and Deh Wair=
an areas without any armed clash reported, leaving OAG members to reclaim c=
ontrol of the DAC area. <br /><br />ANSF and PGM members had recently recla=
imed the area with support from AAF but most likely withdrew due to AAF sup=
port withdrawing and a lack of supplies and ability to get resupplied; howe=
ver, this has not been confirmed.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory remains in place.=
 Furthermore, NGOs are advised to consider the potential of the conflict to=
 spread to surrounding areas.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 14 June, 1330 hrs:</stron=
g> ANSF, supported by AAF, launched an operation to claim back territorial =
control of the Khanabad DAC area at approximately 1000 hrs today.&nbsp; At =
approximately 1200 hrs, OAG members withdrew from the DAC area, and ANSF re=
claimed control of all government buildings and the DAC area.&nbsp;<br /><b=
r /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">AAF conducted several airstrikes as par=
t of this operation. Casualty figures are still uncertain; however, at leas=
t 10 OAG members were killed.<br /><br /></div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 14 June, 0630 hrs:</stron=
g> ANSF withdrew from all positions in the Khanabad DAC area this morning a=
t approximately 0430 hrs. OAG members took control of all government buildi=
ngs in the area, including the DAC.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">ANSF maintain some positions outside th=
e DAC area, from where they are likely to initiate an attempt to reclaim th=
e area. As such, armed clashes are likely to resume.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 13 June, 1700:</strong> A=
NA withdrew from one of their bases to the Khanabad 50-bed hospital.&nbsp;<=
br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The Kunduz-Takhar Road is open to civil=
ian traffic.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory to avoid the area=
 remains in place. The advice to adjust movements to avoid the Kunduz-Takha=
r Road is now lifted. However, NGOs are advised to consider the potential f=
or conflict activity to spread rapidly, to potentially re-affect the Kunduz=
-Takhar Road and assess the need for travel within their own risk tolerance=
.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 13 June, 1545 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash escalated during the day. Approximately 150-200 OAG memb=
ers launched a coordinated attack on ANSF positions in the DAC area this mo=
rning at around 0700 hrs using SAF and RPGs.&nbsp;<br /><br />The armed cla=
sh is still ongoing, and as a result, at least four ANSF members were kille=
d and five wounded, and at least two OAG members were killed and three woun=
ded.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory remains in place.=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 12 June, 1800 hrs:</stron=
g> The armed clash is still ongoing in the title area, with sporadic SAF st=
ill reported. Two ANSF members were killed, and another three wounded as a =
result of the clashes.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">AAF conducted three airstrikes during t=
he day, targeting OAG positions. As a result, 10 OAG members were killed, a=
nd 10 were wounded. Furthermore, two civilians were collaterally killed and=
 one wounded in the airstrikes.&nbsp;<br /><br />One mortar round fired by =
OAG members impacted a local market, setting four of the shops on fire.&nbs=
p;<br /><br />The Kunduz-Takhar Road remains closed to civilian traffic in =
the area and AAF remains present in the area.<br /><br /></div>

g> At the above time and location, an armed clash is ongoing between ANSF a=
nd OAG members. At approximately 0200 hrs, OAG members launched a coordinat=
ed attack towards the DAC, ANP HQ and NDS in the DAC area, likely in an att=
empt to challenge territorial control of the area.&nbsp;<br /><br />Further=
more, the ongoing armed clash affects the Kunduz-Takhar Road, which is clos=
ed for civilian traffic in the title area.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
