Logistics and Supply:

*         Supporting of hand-over of 50 hospital beds provided those are =
provided by UNICEF for this project.

*         Supporting of hand-over of 54 hospital beds provided those are =
provided by UNICEF for this project.

*         Till now regular supply of Oxygen for EHRSP project, for =
management of Sever and Critical case of COVID-19, we are not facing to =
oxygen shortage for our project patients and beneficiaries.

*         All food, fuel and other logistic supplies are provided to =
this project regularly.

*         Availability of Lab test from routine to PCR, X-Ray and other =
diagnostic service are actively available.

*         Medical, Lab, Hygienic, and other medical and none medical =
supplies are available.

Monitoring and Supervision:

*         This project have been monitored by MoPH team including =
technical and managerial member from MoPH PMO, Adviser of minister of =
public health and one ICU specialist of Afghan Japan Hospital.

*         Visit of Kunduz deputy governor from COVID-19 hospital and =
increasing our team and show their satisfaction on qualified health care =
provision.

*         PPHD team are regularly visiting and conduction meeting online =
and face to face, to give support this project.

*         Visits and reportage from the services by local and national =
media like, Mily TV, Amo and other local and social media express are =
visited and provided a supportive and positive outcome from COVID-19 =
services under our ERHSP projects.

Problem and Challenges:

*         Late arrival of COVID-19 patient from home to hospital for =
treatment and our team couldn=E2=80=99t manage their situation.

*         Private health sectors are admitting patients, in earlier =
stage and after some in complete treatment and costly test and =
examination, when the patient faced with financial support, refer them =
to COVID-19 hospital and tell them COVID-19 hospital have to provide all =
required services for free, and create them a very high demand for =
patient.

*         High demand of all health care seeker, and community from =
ERHSP project in Kunduz.=20

*         Lack of coordination and support of Regional hospital with =
this project.
