</strong> ANSF and PGM members remain in the Arab Shakh and Basos areas. OA=
G members withdrew from the immediate areas and there have been no armed cl=
ashes in the past few hours.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">OAG members have destroyed three bridge=
s in the Basos area along Kunduz-Emam Saheb Road in the first two days of t=
he ANSF operation. Two of the bridges have since then been restored; the re=
construction of the third bridge is in progress.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Kunduz-Emam Saheb Main Road remains clo=
sed to civilian traffic, with civilians relying on alternative routes.<br /=
><br />While the ANSF task force remains in the area, the renewal of armed =
clashes remains a possibility.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory to avoid the area=
 and adjust movements remains in place.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 05 June, 1050 hrs:</stron=
g> ANSF/PGM and OAG members remain in their positions in the Arab Shakh are=
a, sporadically exchanging fire.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">In the Basos area, no further activity =
has been reported&nbsp;since yesterday.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The Kunduz-Emam Saheb Main Road remains=
 closed to civilian traffic in the Arab Shakh area; civilians are using alt=
ernative routes.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory to avoid the area=
 remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 03 June, 1700 hrs:</stron=
g> OAG members engaged ANSF members with SAF and RPGs in the Arab Shakh are=
a, and a sporadic exchange of SAF and RPGs is underway in the area.<br /><b=
r /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Sporadic exchange of fire is also ongoi=
ng in the Basos area. OAG members fired at least one mortar round, which st=
ruck a private residence, killing two civilians and wounding two children.<=
br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">ANSF members on the ground are supporte=
d by AAF air assets, including air surveillance and close air support. So f=
ar, AAF conducted at least two airstrikes with heavy rockets, targeting OAG=
 positions, killing three OAG members and wounding four others.&nbsp;<br />=
<br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory to avoid the area=
 remains in place.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Given the likelihood of IDF and airstri=
kes, NGO staff living or temporarily present in the areas where ANSF operat=
ion is taking place are advised to minimize time spent outside, seek shelte=
r inside hardened structures and away from windows.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 03 June, 1340 hrs:</stron=
g> ANSF members have cleared the Basos area, forcing OAG members to withdra=
w from the immediate area. Two civilians have been killed in the crossfire =
during the armed clash.<br /><br />OAG members remain in their positions on=
 the periphery of Basos, and further clashes can be expected.<br /><br /></=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">ANSF are proceeding towards the <a href=
=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/1q4x4R3CQJtc28z37">Arab Shakh</a> area of Emam Sahe=
b District.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory remains in place =
and is extended to the Arab Shakh area of Emam Saheb District.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">
<p><strong>As of 03 June, 0845 hrs:</strong> At the time and location noted=
 above, an estimated 150 ANSF (ANP Special Forces, other ANP units, ANA, an=
d NDS) and PGM members launched an operation targeting OAG positions.<br />=
<br />OAG members engaged the ANSF/PGM operation team with SAF, and a spora=
dic exchange of fire is ongoing.<br /><br />The Kunduz-Emam Saheb Road has =
been closed to civilian traffic in the area.</p>
