Uncertainties and concerns regarding shrinking civic space and the decreas=
e in foreign funding are forcing many to rethink their funding models. To=
 help civil society organisations strengthen their fundraising capacities=
 and become more innovative=2C we have created a course (https://www.civil=
societyacademy.org/effective-fundraising)  starting from 24th June=2C 2021=
=2E

If you are a non-profit fundraiser=2C resource mobilizer=2C or project man=
ager=2C then Fundraising ReThink: Develop your own sustainable revenue mod=
el (https://www.civilsocietyacademy.org/effective-fundraising)  is the rig=
ht course for you! Designed to be very practical and reflective=2C it cons=
ists of 2 modules of 8 days in total. In addition=2C you will receive ment=
oring from our experienced facilitators who have been running this course=
 since 2018.

In the first module you will learn to analyze megatrends and understand yo=
ur funding types. You will have an opportunity to develop key value propos=
itions and learn how to increase your brand awareness. In addition=2C we w=
ill guide you in defining your key funding strategies=2C and monitor your=
 donor engagement.

In the second module you will learn how to establish a strong online prese=
nce and tell stories that connect with your audience. After that=2C we wil=
l take a closer look at writing winning proposals and create a theory of c=
hange. And finally=2C we will show you how to use the fundraising canvas a=
nd visually share it with your team for validation.

Our experienced facilitators and coaches Mr. Subhankar Chatterjee and Ms.=
 Trang Nguyen will guide and mentor you during this journey.
