FOR YOUR REVIEW AND COMMENTS:

Dear All

BPHS Sehatmandi project will close on 30th June, 2021. All staff and
departmental heads are requested to submit BPHS project expenses and settle
project advances (Program, travel etc.) on or before 20th June, 2021.
Kindly ensure the following steps for BPHS project close out.

1.     Follow up for bills/invoices from vendors that pertains to BPHS
project and ensure submission to finance department on or before 20th June,
2021.

2.     Follow up for items/goods/services ordered charged to BPHS project
and ensure delivery of goods and services till 15th June, 2021.

3.     Adjust/settle advances taken by staff.

Field Finance Team:

Please start follow up for settlement of advances and submission of expenses
from field logistics and program team till 20th June, 2021.

Payroll and Staff Claim etc.

HR will share June, 2021 payroll with Finance Department till 20th June,
2021.

LOGISTICS:

Kabul Main office Logistics team will submit complete supporting
documentations for payment/ accrual to finance till 20th June, 2021 i.e.
(Vehicles rental & fuel, utilities bill, advance adjustments, medicines,
transportation, communications etc.)

Field Logistics team will submit complete supporting documentations for
payment/ accrual to finance till 20st June, 2021 i.e. (Vehicles rental &
fuel, utilities bill, advance adjustments, medicines, transportation,
communications etc.)

The deadline for completing for submission of expenses will be 20th June,
2021. I am sorry but we won't be able to entertain any reimbursement/payment
requests after 20th June, 2021.
