Dear Shirzada Sahib,

Mr. Abdul Aziz s/o Khudai Dad is our guard in Halqa Kol PHC, his 
previous bank account has disabled and the bank has created a new 
account for him. this issue has shared with you before and also his new 
bank account has added to the payroll and shared with you. but now he is 
claiming that his salary for the month of Qaws is not transferred to his 
new account. the issue is shared with you and I am waiting for your kind 
response in this regards,

His payroll information is as following:
