above, OAG members damaged the road surface of the Pul-e Khumri-Kunduz Road=
 using an excavator. Traffic has been blocked in the area.<br /><br />Consi=
dering the possibility of an ANSF response, an armed clash may erupt at any=
 time. At around 1930 hrs, an estimated 80 ANSF members were deployed from =
Pul-e Khumri City to Baghlan-e Jadid DAC.<br /><br />The Shahr-e Kohna area=
 of Baghlan-e Jadid District is under OAG control since 06 May (see AFGHANI=
STAN/NORTHEAST/A/06052021/#001-U7).<br /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid th=
e area and adjust movements until further notice.<br /><br />NGOs are furth=
er recommended to closely monitor conflict activity in the provinces of Bag=
