 </strong>ANSF retook the Dahana-e Ghori DAC area at around 2100 hrs yester=
day, after heavy fighting between government troops and the armed oppositio=
n. OAG members remain positioned in the outskirts of the DAC area and a spo=
radic exchange of SAF is still ongoing.<br /><br />Two ANSF members more ha=
ve been killed and four others wounded, while seven OAG members have been k=
illed and another three wounded.<br /><br />Last night, an estimated 80 ANS=
F reinforcements had been deployed from Pul-e Khumri City to Dahana-e Ghori=
 DAC. At around 1900 hrs, when the ANSF team reached the Darqad area of Pul=
-e Khumri District, OAG members ambushed them with SAF. The Pul-e Khumri-Da=
hana-e Ghori Road was temporarily closed to civilian traffic. As a result, =
one Humvee-type vehicle was partially damaged and two ANSF members were wou=
nded.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 10 May, 0700 hrs: </stron=
g>A sporadic exchange of SAF and RPGs is still ongoing in the Dahana-e Ghor=
i DAC area, with OAG members present in most locations of the district cent=
re and ANSF members positioned in the ANP HQ compound.<br /><br />Today, at=
 around 0600 hrs, OAG members ambushed an ANSF convoy in the Darqad area of=
 Pul-e Khumri District. The convoy was transporting an estimated 40 ANA sol=
diers from Pul-e Khumri City to Dahana-e Ghori DAC. An armed clash is ongoi=
ng in the area, and the Pul-e Khumri-Dahana-e Ghori Road has been closed to=
 civilian traffic.<br /><br />AAF has been monitoring the security situatio=
n by air until last night. Yesterday, at around 1400 hrs, the air forces co=
nducted at least one airstrike targeting OAG positions in Dahana-e Ghori DA=
C. As a result, five OAG members have been killed and two others wounded.<b=
r /><br />No further casualties have been reported.<br /><br />The previous=
 advisory remains in place.</div>

> The firefight in Dahana-e Ghori DAC is still ongoing with SAF and RPGs, w=
ith ANSF positioned in the ANP HQ compound and OAG members surrounding them=
.<br /><br />At around 1600 hrs today, in the Darqad area of Pul-e Khumri D=
istrict, OAG members ambushed a passing convoy of an estimated 30 ANSF memb=
ers that were deployed from Pul-e Khumri City. OAG members destroyed a brid=
ge in the area, and the Pul-e Khumri-Dahana-e Ghori Road has been closed to=
 civilian traffic.<br /><br />At approximately 1530 hrs, AAF conducted at l=
east one airstrike targeting OAG positions in the Darqad area. The airstrik=
e impacted on a private residence, killing one woman and two children.<br /=
><br />No further casualties have been reported.<br /><br />The previous ad=
visory remains in place.</div>

> The firefight in the Dahana-e Ghori DAC area is still ongoing with SAF an=
d RPGs. At around 0715 hrs today, with OAG members advancing into the DAC a=
rea, ANSF members were forced to regroup in the ANP HQ compound.<br /><br /=
>No casualties have been reported in the DAC area.<br /><br />The OAG attac=
k on the ANSF convoy in the Darqad area of Pul-e Khumri District concluded =
last night with the ANSF reinforcements reaching Dahana-e Ghori DAC. As a r=
esult of the armed clash, two ANSF members were wounded, and one OAG member=
 was killed and another one wounded. One Humvee-type vehicle was partially =
damaged. The Pul-e Khumri-Dahana-e Ghori Road was reopened to traffic.<br /=
