s:</strong> The armed clash in Ishkamish DAC concluded at around 1830 hrs l=
ast night, with the OAG members withdrawing to the Qara Baghi and Qainar ar=
eas.<br /><br />At approximately 2330 hrs last night, the ANSF members enga=
ged in the operation returned from the Ishkamish DAC and Qainar areas to th=
eir duty stations in Taloqan City. PGM members remain positioned in the Qai=
nar area.<br /><br />AAF conducted at least one airstrike targeting OAG pos=
itions in the Kharuti Ha area of Ishkamish District at around 1830 hrs. At =
least one airstrike impacted in a residential area, killing two civilians a=
nd wounding 10 others.<br /><br />In addition to the casualty figures previ=
ously reported, four ANSF members and 2 OAG members have been wounded.</div=

s:</strong> The armed clash in the Qara Baghi area concluded at around 1800=
 hrs, with the ANSF/PGM operation team members retreating to the <a href=3D=
"https://goo.gl/maps/fT3DutUBFD33N3L78">Ishkamish DAC</a> area and OAG memb=
ers taking the control of Qara Baghi. As of the time of writing, an armed c=
lash is ongoing in the DAC area, in the proximity of the ANP HQ, with SAF a=
nd RPGs. OAG members have also fired mortar rounds towards the ANP HQ.<br /=
><br />Two PGM and one ANP member have been wounded.<br /><br />The ANSF/PG=
M members deployed to Qainar remain positioned in the area.<br /><br />As u=
sual in Ishkamish District, telecommunication network providers have interr=
upted their service in the evening hours, which is limiting the capacity of=
 NGOs to communicate with their field offices and receive further informati=
on.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.<br /><br />NGOs with=
 staff present in the DAC area are recommended to initiate headcount proced=
ures and advise their staff to remain indoors, away from windows, and consi=
der to seek shelter inside safe rooms or hardened structures.<br /><br />NG=
Os are also recommended to ensure that communication and reporting channels=
 with their staff remain operational.</div>

ed above, an estimated 150 ANSF (ANA, NDS, ANP) and NDS-administered PGM me=
mbers launched an operation targeting OAG positions.<br /><br />OAG members=
 engaged the ANSF/PGM operation team in the Qara Baghi area and a sporadic =
exchange of fire is ongoing with SAF.<br /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid =
the area until further notice.</p>
