Dear Faisal

Please find below field visit plan of Finance team.

Zalmay Ahmedzai (Finance Manager) and Mirwais Zadran (Finance Officer) will
supposed to perform below mentioned tasks during their field visit to KUNDUZ
office.

*       Review of financial documentation of AHF trauma project and support
field Finance, HR and Logistics team in close out of AHF trauma project.

*       They will have meeting with vendors (including vehicles and others)
for their final liabilities and proceed their clearances etc.

*       Will have meeting with Field Human resources staff for review of
payroll and support HR for final clearance of AHF trauma project staff.

*       Will have detailed meeting with finance and logistics for timely
reporting, discussion with field team for shortcoming in documentations and
their mitigation.

Hopefully the visited team will come back to Kabul on 25th April, 2021.
