 1000 hrs in Aybak City</strong>. The meeting will be held in Dari and Engl=
ish, and is expected to last approximately one hour. We will be facilitatin=
g a discussion on security trends observed in the Northern Region recently,=
 with the main focus placed on events and developments affecting the NGO co=
mmunity in Samangan Province. Program staff, as well as security managers, =
are strongly encouraged to attend the roundtable.&nbsp;<br /><strong><br />=
