Dear all

My suggestion is to make sure we represent a person who has well grip on =
the whole SOP and does recognize and take firm stand om behalf of all =
NGOs.=20

Does not matter who or from which NGO but in depth knowledge and =
understanding about consequences of each  and every clause and point in =
SOP to be well understood and defended.

Good Morning,

A letter received from PMO related to the PM-SOP Revision Committee =
meeting. A committee for working on the revision of Standard Operation =
Procedures of the Performance Management for SEHATMANDI project (PM-SOP) =
has been approved by MoPH leadership, you can check in the attached =
letter.=20

PMO requested AHO to nominate one NGO representative to attend the first =
meeting of the SOP Revision Committee (SOPRC) which will be held at the =
Performance Management Office on Wednesday, April,7th ,2021 at 09:00 AM =
for two hours.=20

Please nominate one person on behalf of SEHATMANDI Implementing NGOs to =
attend the meeting before COB today (5th, April,2021) to share his name =
with PMO for the participation.=20

Agenda of the meeting is as follow:=20

* Introduction to the committee members and agreement on scope of work

* The timelines and steps for the revision process

* Sharing the feedback received by the partners with Committee members

* Deciding on areas of work and formation of sub-committees to work on =
various areas of specialization like Finance, Service Providers, etc.

* Any other agenda with permission of the chair=20
