. During the armed clash, OAG members wounded three ANSF members, while ANS=
F members killed two OAG members.&nbsp; Notably, a stray small arms round s=
truck and killed one civilian bystander.&nbsp;<br /><br />In the days befor=
e the OAG attack, ANSF and GOA moved the administrative functions for Chark=

and an armed clash is ongoing. At the time of writing, the Charkh DAC remai=
ns under ANSF control. Conflict actors are expected to continue the armed c=
