Hello to all NGOs=E2=80=99 colleagues,

Hope you are fine and doing well.

As we checked the financial reports of first and second installment of
NGOs, we found out some points regarding each NGO=E2=80=99s financial repor=
ts. We,
financial team, made decision to hold a meeting with NGOs=E2=80=99 financia=
l team
to let them know the necessary points to get revised again, so we invite
Financial managers or officers to a meeting which is going to be held from
Tuesday 23/ March / 2021 to Thursday 25 / March / 2021. Because each NGO
had divergent issues, we need to have a meeting with NGOs one by one in
person.

Note:

1: BDN, BRAC, MRCA, JACK are due on Tuesday morning to participate in the
meeting at 9:00 AM.

2: UI / RI AADA Nangarhar and Herat, UI/RI BARAN Kandahar, OHPM Paktika are
due to participate in meeting on Wednesday at 9:00 AM.

3: SDO Kabul, HNTPO Kunar, SHDP Urozgan are due on Thursday at 9:00 AM.

Note:

This is an urgent meeting, so everybody should be present,
thanks.
