Dear Dr Sahib Ahmad and colleagues

First of all I would like to thank all of my respected colleagues and =
management team of main office for their trust and creating a wonderful =
opportunity for me to help the needs. I am very delighted to be the =
acting Technical manager of COVID-19 project for more than 3 months. I =
learned, became wiser, sometimes suffered, overall it was a wonderful =
experience. I would like to mention some activities which were done in =
these three months, it is important to mention that each and every =
colleague from provincial and main office had crucial role in achieving =
below achievements:

=20

=C2=B7        The most important indicator of the project is contact =
tracing. When we started on December, the previous month contact tracing =
% was less than 20, however it became 35% in January and near to 60% in =
February. We are still behind, however we are far better than first =
month of the second round of project.

=C2=B7        There were no proper HMIS system from previous project =
period, as third party evaluated. Currently we have each and every =
guideline and register from MoPH and even more than that. We are =
recording daily, weekly, monthly and overall project activities in them =
and everyone should be at ease, this time  we have proper documentation =
and HMIS templates for RRTs, DCs and hospital.

=C2=B7        Although a lot of terminated staff tried to interfere in =
Hospital and project activities, even they planned to close the door of =
Hospital again, however their plan was flopped. We achieved this goal by =
supporting the current staff. We heard their problems and explained them =
JACK=E2=80=99s vision and goals. There is no separate JACK or hospital, =
we are one, we hear and we solve your problems. Each and every staff was =
committed during these three months and this was one of the big changes =
made.

=C2=B7        On monthly basis, HMIS data was analyzed and was presented =
to PHCC and also for RRTs and DCs, this helped to keep in picture RRT =
and DC themselves, even each RRT and DC evaluated their own performance. =
The plan for next month was prepared along with action plan and the team =
went ahead according to that.

=C2=B7        Joint supervision with PPHD, they were always welcomed for =
joint visit and their each finding was taken serious for RRTs and DCs.

There are a lot of minor achievements I won=E2=80=99t mention them, =
above points were game changer.

=20

Although we are still behind from our real goal of project, however, if =
we compare ourselves to first days of second round, we have achieved a =
lot. The project was in a real crisis, nowadays we don=E2=80=99t even =
have to think about it, we have time to think about (real) technical =
issues.=20

Once again it was impossible to achieve without support of main office =
and provincial office.

I would like to wish success for Dr Sahib Shafiq Sadeq, he is =
experienced and talented and is best choice for this position.=20

And I am once again honored to be appointed as emergency project focal =
