I hope you're having a great days.

I would like to kindly ask you to grant me permission to leave the office
for 12 Days from 3-Mar-2021 to 13-Mar-2021. I am really sorry for the very
late notice, but I did not plan for this urgent and unforeseen situation.  I
am confident about your good judgment and I'm sure that you will understand
the situation.
Please be assured that all my tasks are running according to schedule. Mr.
Amrullah Habibi will cover for me during my absence and will temporally
assume my duties.
