Dear All

We are planning to start annual audit for 2020 from 10th March, 2021.
Muhammad Farid Khan (Finance Advisor) & Mr. Zalmay Ahmedzai (Finance
Manager) are the main audit focal person. They will communicate & coordinate
with auditors and rest of departmental heads for requested information by
Auditors.

Furthermore below mentioned staff are also nominated as Audit focal person
for their departments and they will communicate with auditors for any
explanation and clarification required by Auditors. Every departments head
are requested to start their preparation for external audit in order to
avoid any audit objections.
