Dear Merzai Sahib,

Thank you very much for your reply.

As per phone communication yesterday on 23 February 2021, we will have
submitted your vehicles with documents next Sunday 28 February & I told all
Clients for their last date work with our company is end of February 2021.

As I sent several emails to your Organization & no one solved our company
problems, in this regard, 1th March 2021, the responsibility of
transportation is related to yours.

Our company is in need of M16 (Tax for payment) because every day I pay a
penalty to the government tax department of Afghanistan. If you do not pay
attention to the government tax department penalty will be increased.
