Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC) Steering Group, OCHA is=
 coordinating the Multi -Partner Review (MPR)<https://assessments.hpc.tools=
/km/multi-partner-review-enhanced-hpc-approach-2021> of the 2021 HPC, which=
 will be used to inform updates in advance of the 2022 cycle, as well as co=
untry support and capacity-building programmes. A similar review was under=
taken last year<https://www.dropbox.com/s/sgpkcagzicnetrc/HPC%202020%20MPR%=
20Report%20-%20Final.pdf?dl=3D0> and led to the development of complementar=
y guidance on deriving people in need calculations, the joint intersectoral=
 framework, and modifications to the templates.

The MPR will draw upon information collected through After-Action Reviews w=
ith country-level Inter Cluster Coordination Groups, an online survey for a=
ll partners, and individual agency/cluster/AoR reviews.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to provide confidential feedback =
