Dear Faisal Sahib,

Ok, As per yor email i will prepare the end of contract notice letter 
for the below mentioned staffs but what about these staff:

1-Project Coordinator
2-Community Mobilizer
3-Child Protection Officer
4-Admin Assistant

These are BMZ staff too which is not mentioned in your list, Should we 
also give them end of contract notice letter or not?
