The national surveillance team, randomly called a number of contact tracing teams and unavailability of the top-up cards or credit in mobile phone was frequently reported cause of poor performance of contact tracing. Hereby, you are asked to identify the key element of poor performance of contact tracing teams and then quickly implement actions to strengthen contact tracing in your relevant provinces and update the GCMU by COB tomorrow November 19,2020.
