We will contract with the mentioned staff with awarding them a written =
warning.

For Sayed Yasin,, Mr Tamim and Mrs Wazhma, FYKI we do not have any empty =
vacancy of RRT or DCs, they have already been appointed by the official =
committee of PPHD and JACK. This was officially done and making changes =
on them will cost us another conflict with PPHD. Only one MD from DC =
does not have phone number and we couldn=E2=80=99t reach him, if we =
could not find him than we will recruit Mr Tamim as one of them.

however, Sayed Yasin and Mrs Wazhma as I said before are committed to do =
their job as their job description. They have the experience of first =
phase and we will also award them written warning. If they are kept in =
hospital it will be effective and will decrease the ongoing conflicts.=20

Dear Respecged colleagues

Today I had a visit to COVID-19 Hospital. We only have 5 contracted =
Nurses (Mohammad Sharif Muradi, Nadera Mah, Taleb Shah, Zabihullah and =
Maroof) in our COVID-19 Hospital and other 6 nurses are without =
contract. =E2=80=9Cwe are committed to do our job, even though we did =
not have contract we gave night shift and day shift. But now we cannot =
continue like this. We are committed and we will sign any commitment =
letter as well but kindly finalize our recruitment issue=E2=80=9D this =
was the saying of 6 non contracted nurses.

We do need them for night shift in order to maintain the services in =
COVID-19 hospital. beside this, they are committed to their jobs without =
any other requests. They will not create us problems anymore.

4 nurses have even signed their warning letter and according to HR =
policy, if they commit any other mistake we can easily terminate them.

My recommendation as Acting technical manager of COVID-19 hospital is:

=20

All 6 nurses should be recruited (Kobra, Afghan Bibi, Tariq, Kabir, =
Sayed Yasin and Wazhma). I will personally take their commitment and =
will be directly responsible for their future actions. If they commit =
any mistake we will terminate them directly. JACK should give them (CODE =
OF CONDUCT) from our HR policy so they should be aware of all =
disciplinary actions which might lead to their termination.=20

=20

1 more request I have, if we recruit all of nurses it will be 9, we have =
28 nurses in our 50 bed contract, half of it will be 14. So I have 1 =
more recommendation, a male nurse named Tamim was in our previous RRT. I =
suggest that he also should be recruited. (our overall purpose is to =
decrease even the minimum chance of CONFLICT so that we should be in =
full authority of our COVID-19 hospital which is a small component of =
COVID-19 project.

Admin officer is not needed, we will recruit a lab technician instead =
and currently our BOR is low so we also don=E2=80=99t need Medical =
director. Maybe in future we recruit someone.=20

a visit to COVID-19 Hospital. We only have 5 contracted Nurses (Mohammad Sharif Muradi, Nadera Mah, Taleb Shah, =
Zabihullah and Maroof) in our COVID-19 Hospital and other 6 =
nurses are without contract. =E2=80=9Cwe are committed to do our job, =
even though we did not have contract we gave night shift and day shift. =
But now we cannot continue like this. We are committed and we will sign =
any commitment letter as well but kindly finalize our recruitment =
issue=E2=80=9D this was the saying of 6 non contracted =
nurses.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>We do need them for night shift in order to maintain =
the services in COVID-19 hospital. beside this, they are committed to =
their jobs without any other requests. They will not create us problems =
anymore.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>4 nurses have even signed their warning letter and =
according to HR policy, if they commit any other mistake we can easily =
terminate them.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>My =
recommendation as Acting technical manager of COVID-19 hospital =
is:<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>All 6 nurses should be recruited (Kobra, Afghan Bibi, Tariq, Kabir, Sayed Yasin =
and Wazhma). I will personally take their commitment and will be =
directly responsible for their future actions. If they commit any =
mistake we will terminate them directly. JACK should give them (CODE OF =
CONDUCT) from our HR policy so they should be aware of all disciplinary =
actions which might lead to their termination. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>1 =
more request I have, if we recruit all of nurses it will be 9, we have =
28 nurses in our 50 bed contract, half of it will be 14. So I have 1 =
more recommendation, a male nurse named Tamim was in our previous RRT. I suggest =
that he also should be recruited. (our overall purpose is to decrease =
even the minimum chance of CONFLICT so that we should be in full =
authority of our COVID-19 hospital which is a small component of =
COVID-19 project.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>Admin =
officer is not needed, we will recruit a lab technician instead and =
currently our BOR is low so we also don=E2=80=99t need Medical director. =
