Dear SR Colleagues,
As we are approaching year-end /project closure, we need to ensure that all=
 the FACE reports are cleared on time. Therefore, please submit us Dec-2020=
 FACE reports along with supporting documents before 10 Jan-2021

As per the Global Fund Budgeting Guidelines and UNDP SR's fund management p=
rinciples, the expenditures related to 2020 should be reported within 31st =
December 2020. If the SR's miscarries the expenditures of 2020 and report t=
hem in the following year, UNDP/GF will not be held responsible. So, please=
 make sure represent all the expenditures before the timeframe agreed

Note:- we have a specific number of SRs that we're unable to clear their Oc=
t & Nov FACE report on time, thus we are asking them to provide us one fina=
l FACE report for the Q4-2020 before the mentioned deadline

Clarification :- 10th  Jan-2021 is the final date for signed FACE report, d=
ocuments verifications & other paperwork's should complete within first wee=
k of year
