Dear Dr. Labibullah, Dr. Sadat, Dr. Ahmadzai and Dr. Faizee

Considering the recent feedback of OCHA from the remote call monitoring tha=
t they have conducted for COVID19 response project, they only could get res=
ponse from 10% of the phone numbers recorded by our teams. In addition very=
 low percent of the respondent acknowledged receipt of the services from ou=
r teams. We therefore recommend following steps for better reflection of ex=
cellent services that our teams are extending to the beneficiaries. Due to =
the COVID19, OCHA teams are not conducting physical monitoring and they dep=
end on the remote call monitoring only.

1.  All team members should ensure recording correct telephone numbers fo=
r all beneficiaries (including patients, clients, training participants, re=
ferrals, shura members, CHWs and other beneficiaries)
  2.  For women beneficiaries, please ensure that phone number of their clo=
se relatives (who knows about the visit of the women to the HFs should be o=
btained).
  3.  Always inform the beneficiary that they may receive call in relation =
to the services they have received
  4.  Confirming the phone number provided is correct may be through dialin=
g the number provided by the team member (to confirm the phone number is ac=
tive and is working) was one of the action point we agreed with OCHA, pleas=
e start practicing it.
  5.  Please follow this issue strictly with the team members in order to e=
nsure good representation of our activities that the team are extending to =
the beneficiaries
