We have not yet received hard supporting documents nor the financial =
report in soft for COVID-19 and Trauma project.

Deadline for submission of financial report is over. We will submit the =
financial report to donor after the deadline which will have bad image =
on our progress and performance.

During the whole project life of COVID -19 and trauma we have submitted =
all financial report to Donor in time but this time we are unable to =
submit the report on due date.

@ Bilal: Please explain why you have not send the Financial report and =
hard supporting documents to us in time. Fatima is calling on your cell =
