Dear Rafa Siddiqui

We are finalizing AHF monthly report of AHF-Covid-19 and AHF Trauma and
final report of AHF-COVID-19. Tax payment of both projects are pending from
July 2020 till Nov,2020. In this regards Fatima has shared the required
monthly tax details with you. This is a serious compliance issue. We will be
unable to defend this issue with our Donors, external Auditors and Ministry
of Finance as well.

You are requested to resolve this issue immediately and deposit the taxes in
future as per statutory requirement and guidelines.

Please arrange orientation session on tax rates and Deposit methodology for
all finance staff and specially focus on training of Hameed ullah and
Mirwais Zadran and they will cater the taxes issue in your absence.
