The agenda of the meeting was as below:

Acting technical manager started the conversation and introduced himself =
to the meeting participants. =E2=80=9CJACK organization is working in =
Afghanistan since 2001. Until now JACK has experienced lots of moments =
of glory. JACK=E2=80=99s vision towards its staff; is to invest on its =
staff and see them as asset. In future, JACK=E2=80=99s staff should be =
recruited in higher agencies like UN and other international and =
national. In past 6 months, JACK with COVID-19 has provided very good =
services. UN-OCHA humanitarian officer for North East region appreciated =
JACK=E2=80=99s intervention in COVID-19 for Kunduz province. These good =
service provision credit first goes to the staff of COVID-19 hospital. =
They fighted and worked in very hard situation and helped Kunduz =
vulnerable community. Secondly to the top management of JACK provincial =
office and Kabul main office.

Everyone should be certain that JACK has always followed the 4 =
humanitarian principles; Humanity, Neutrality, Impartiality and =
Operational Independence. It might happen sometimes that a person has =
problems on doing his job, this problems are personnel, organization has =
nothing to do with personal mistakes and behaviors. Stakeholders =
satisfaction is one of JACK=E2=80=99s goal. Every JACK staff should work =
on good coordination and good communication with stakeholders.=20

Daily report should be shared after the morning report of each day.

Weekly report should be submitted on Thursday at 4 PM of each week.

The exam of COVID-19 hospital will be taken on Saturday 5th of December =
2020.

All JACK colleagues will work as a team to help the community of Kunduz =
