Based on the reporting schedule with donor we are supposed to provide =
the financial report before 4-Dec-2020 however we have made repeated =
request from admin finance officer Mr. Bilal to provide us the report =
and financial document on the 27 of Nov-2020 but he did not to provide =
us the report till yet, beside we have made call attempt to communicate =
this matter with him but he was not answering, through this email we =
would like you to take this matter seriously and do immediate follow up =
of this matter , kindly provide us the below item by COB today.
