Dear COVID-19 project implementing NGOs,

As you are in the picture, the Government is committed to engage an
independent party to objectively assess the performance and progress of the
health service delivery. Having robust, frequent, and independently
collected information is essential to the success of the health system.

In addition, a significant portion of service provider payment under ERHSP
project is linked with the key outputs of the reported through the
implementers and verified by Third Party.

For this purpose, the MoPH has hired the PARTICIP/KIT organization as Third
Party Monitoring firm (TPM) to carry out the above mentioned activities. The
TPM will start their activities and their team will be in the field for data
collection and verification.

Therefore, you are requested to facilitate smooth implementation of this
important activity with the TPM team and avoid any action which may
interrupt the process.
